Support Model

Sliderule team members won't have access to your self-hosted instances of Sliderule, unless you explicitly set up accounts for them. We can still provide support as you go through the installation process, as well as ongoing updates and monitoring.

Support Slack Channels

Our preferred method of support communication is shared Slack channels. This lets the Sliderule engineering team see your incoming questions, and ensures you'll get the fastest response from us.

Product Updates

Sliderule is updated roughly monthly. You can learn more about what's included in new versions on our Changelog page here: https://sliderule.launchnotes.io/

When new versions are released, you'll need to ensure you're using updated container images from our private containers repo. See Sliderule Containers for more info.

For our Production deployments, container updates happen with 0 downtime
